Bike Rental Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: Riders must be at least 18 years of age. Minors may be allowed to rent with a guardian's consent and presence.
- Booking: A booking is required to secure a bike for hire. A booking can be made by filling out our Microsoft Form, which will be sent to you before your trip.
- Deposit: A security deposit of 3,000 THB is required to be paid upon receipt of the bike, refundable upon return of the bike in the same condition as at the time of rental.
- Payment: Full rental payment is due upon return of the bike. Cash (Thai Baht), bank transfer or cryptocurrency can be used for payment.
- Rental Period: Bikes must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Late returns will incur an additional fee of 100 THB per hour.
- Equipment Care: The renter is responsible for any damage to or loss of the equipment during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.
- Safety Gear: Helmets are provided with all rentals and their use is strongly recommended.
- Prohibited Use: Bikes should not be used for any unlawful purposes or any use beyond their normal intended use.
- Insurance: It is the responsibility of the renter to provide personal insurance to cover any potential accidents or injuries while using the bicycle. We strongly recommend that you check with your travel insurance provider before renting our bikes to see if you are covered for such an activity.
- Liability Waiver: The electronic signature on the booking form acts as a liability waiver, signifying the signer's understanding and acceptance of the potential risks involved with bike hire, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and property damage, while absolving the rental service from any liability in such cases.
- Cancellation Policy: In the event that a renter cancels their booking, they will forfeit the booking fee.
